Indiana Woodward

Indiana Woodward, born in Paris, France, discovered her love for dance at a young age. At the age of ten, she began her formal dance training at the Yuri Grigoriev School of Ballet in Venice, California where she met Saskia. Her talent and dedication led her to study in Moscow at the bolshoi ballet school where she trained and performed, and ultimately completed her ballet training at the prestigious School of American Ballet (SAB), the official school of New York City Ballet. In August 2012, she became an apprentice with NYCB and officially joined the Company as a member of the corps de ballet in December 2012. Over the years, Indiana's skill and artistry propelled her career, and she was promoted to the rank of soloist dancer in February 2017, and ultimately to principal dancer in October 2021. Indiana is world renowned ballet dancer and teacher.

Saskia Gregson-Williams

Saskia Gregson-Williams is a professionally trained ballerina and personal trainer. Alongside her dance training, Saskia has always been passionate about health and wellbeing. She founded the award-winning online Health & Fitness website Naturally Sassy and released her debut cookbook published by Penguin-Random House in 2015. Saskia's journey with fitness took an interesting turn when she experienced a recurring injury in ballet that led her to explore new ways of training. This inspired her to create Ballet Blast, a powerful program for her own recovery. Combining her classical ballet background with strength and cardio work, Saskia started developing routines that yielded incredible physical results. As she shared her method with friends, colleagues, and clients from diverse backgrounds and goals, the popularity of Ballet Blast grew and blossomed into the launch of the Naturally Sassy Studio, and now Grace and Form.

LAUREN LOVETTE

Lauren is renowned choreographer and former principal dancer at the New York City Ballet. Lauren launched an initiative dedicated to expanding and furthering dance not only as a performance art, but as one that serves as a medium for enrichment, education and enlightenment.

In March 2022, she was appointed resident choreographer of Paul Taylor Dance Company.

DEVON TEUSCHER

Devon Teuscher, is an esteemed American ballet dancer, currently holding the position of principal dancer at the American Ballet Theatre. Beginning her training at nine years old, she honed her skills at various prestigious institutions including The Kirov Academy of Ballet and the American Ballet Theatre’s Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School. Joining ABT Studio Company in 2006, she swiftly ascended through the ranks, becoming a principal dancer in 2017. Teuscher has received critical acclaim for her performances, notably in roles like Odette/Odile in Swan Lake and Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, praised for her technical prowess and emotive depth. She continues to captivate audiences with her artistry and skill on the ballet stage, and has joined Grace & Form for a series of ballet classes.

SARA ADAMS

Sara Adams, after training at Boston Ballet School and School of American Ballet,  joined New York City Ballet, where she rose to soloist. Sara is a certified pilates teacher, and uses her vantage point of being a professional ballerina and pilates instructor to create incredible quick and effective pilates sequences for all levels. At Grace and Form, she is our resident pilates teacher.

APRIL ZANOT

April is a playful, light-hearted yoga instructor who believes that yoga is a powerful tool that reminds us to not take life so seriously. She aims to guide students toward cultivating an awareness from within while building a sense of connection in both the body and mind.
April specializes in vinyasa and yin and uses her playlists to help create musical experiences through her classes so that her students can tell stories with movement and breath.
April honors your inhale, exhale and holds space for everything in between.

Georgina Pazcoguin

Georgina Pazcoguin, aka” The Rogue Ballerina” joined New York City Ballet in 2002, making history as the company’s first Asian American female soloist in 2013. She co-founded Final Bow for Yellowface, advocating for inclusive representation in the arts. Named a Kennedy Center NEXT 50 leader in 2022, Pazcoguin extends her influence to Broadway, TV, film alongside authoring her book "Swan Dive: The Making of a Rogue Ballerina" which sells worldwide.
