The Grace and Form studio is the home of mindful movement, delivering amazing results for body and mind. Our ballet classes and workout practices are taught by world-class dancers, athletes and master trainers. Giving you the opportunity to learn, move and flow with the best in their field. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or simply seeking a graceful, enjoyable, and effective workout. Our classes will challenge and improve your strength, length, flexibility, balance and form. They are designed to help individuals of all ages and experience levels develop a deeper appreciation for the beauty and benefits of movement and, in turn, their bodies.
In the studio you can find two main modalities of movement - ballet classes and ballet inspired workouts. Alongside this there’s many supplementary routines that support your body and mind: yoga, pilates, breathwork and more. The ballet classes are designed for people who love to dance, live to dance or want to learn how to dance. You can find a variation of different skill levels, so there’s something for every step of the journey.
